Our story
Anyone who has cared for a family member knows the folder. The one stuffed with lab reports, discharge summaries and old prescriptions, that comes out at every doctor’s visit and still never quite answers the question you were asked.
pocketVitals began with exactly that folder. A father on dialysis, three sessions a week, and a son trying to hold the whole picture together across dozens of reports. Everything he needed was in that pile somewhere. It just wasn’t in one place, and it wasn’t easy to read on the days it mattered most.
So we built the record we wished we’d had. It started with dialysis and grew into a health record for anyone, because the folder looks the same for all of us: too much paper, and too little clarity.
